TL;DR: We have reduced average page load times by 30% across the app.

It’s always more glamorous to release new features, it’s what customers are clamouring for, and it’s what directly drives revenue. Sometimes, though, it’s better to give customers something they didn’t know they wanted.

We have just released an update that has decreased our average page load times by a huge 30%. Nobody asked for this, but I’m sure it will make users happier and more satisfied with their experience (even though some might not even realize why they are happier). That’s worth a lot.
